Solstice Ritual <3
June 20th 5:30-8pm
Barrington RI
Summer solstice eve, bringing in the fire element. Gather in community in reverence to the earth and yourself. Practice yoga, each of the eight limbs, immersed in the potent energy of the sun at it’s peak.
This is a yoga and sound healing ceremony with nature based expressive arts therapy invitations. You will have the opportunity to intentionally weave spring into summer.
Join Jen and Becca for an evening of deep care and connection.
We will use each element to welcome summer with an optional ocean plunge to close.
